The HSC results for 2022 were released on 8/2/2023, marking the end of a long and difficult journey for many year 12 students. In order to better understand the scope of these results, we must look at them more closely. The total number of students who sat the exams was higher than ever before, with over 600 thousand taking part in the exams nationwide – a figure that reflects the great commitment and effort put into this endeavor. Out of this large number, the average mark was around 60%, with some students achieving an outstanding 97%.
